The team at Pasta Lab is excited to announce our operating hours! Pasta Lab will be open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Our laboratory is located in Lake Charles, Louisiana at 1301 E. McNeese Street, Suite 105. There's a convenient interactive map at the bottom of our site that will lead you right to our door.

Some dreams and ideas need many days and nights to develop into something that can become reality. Such is Pasta Lab.
The focus of Pasta Lab is indeed pasta. Fresh and dry, flat and shaped, flour, water and egg. Maybe some fresh herbs, or a little tomato, or spinach, or beet juice. Pasta.
To enhance the core product, the store also sells olive oil and vinegar. Different olive types from different countries with different characteristics. Some infused with herbs, florals, garlic. Balsamic vinegars, dark and light, with flavors to enhance salads and fruits such as fig and berry are co-packed and offered.
The last touch is hard Italian grating cheeses: Asiago, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Pecorino Romano. Available as a block or grated. We have our own grater, so the product will be super-fresh. The only way.
The Lab has a studio for classes. Basic pasta making, advanced shapes and the secrets that make home pasta making easy and clean. Bring your bridal or baby shower, or child’s birthday party to the Lab for a fun and unique experience your guests will find enriching.
