Class is in!The Lab can be configured to accommodate 2-3 persons wearing masks seated in clusters and meet COVID-19 gathering recommendations. Classes will commence Tuesdays and Saturdays in February. Classes run an hour-and-a-half and may run longer if we’re having a good time.

These classes will cover Introduction to Pasta: History, Ingredients, a little Chemistry, Equipment and Fun. The pandemic drives a classroom-style format, participants do not make and take pasta, but there’s still some hands-on fun. Bring your own libations, by all means! IF you can muster a group of 6-9 people, we can discuss a class buy-out. Good for Ladies’ Night of a family milestone celebration.Cost- $65.00 per person

We will do our best to accommodate your request and anticipate the early classes booking immediately, so be sure to consider all eight sessions. Groups of 4-6 will likely be seated separately. Additions to existing reservations may not be accepted if crowding will occur. Booking and Cancellations: we will take your billing information when we call to confirm your reservation. Cancellations are a bummer to everyone and to be avoided.
