Classes
What good is a laboratory without education? Pasta Lab is open and bright to deliver an experience, including learning how to make pasta at home.
This is important- if you have a stand mixer and pasta making attachments at home, we will teach you how to use them and create no mess! None, zero, nada. They are simple tricks that make this easy and clean. The curriculum covers ingredients, equipment, chemistry, mixing, rolling, sheeting, extruding, infusing and making ravioli.
Cost- $60.00 per guest, call Michael with groups of five or more, parties, educational outings and the like to discuss private classes.
Duration- class usually takes over two hours. For a specific group, we can develop a specific class plan to meet time constraints.
Consumables- we usually provide two taster-size courses during a session- not a meal. You are welcome, actually encouraged, to bring beverages for your group, our stock is limited to Lake Charles tap water.
Scheduling- call Pasta Lab at 337-419-0285 to reserve your spot!
